Our Belmont residential development will be built just outside of Ettelbruck, in the heart of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. With 12 newbuild apartments on four floors, The building is cleverly built against the hillside and looks particularly light and compact. Want to enjoy a view of the valley? You will definitely feel at home here.
1, 2 or 3 bedrooms... All the newbuild apartments in Belmont have a beautifully finished living space with large windows. You have a terrace and separate storage. Do you have a car? You can park it in the underground car park and its 18 parking spaces on 2 levels, complete with car lift and a charging point for electric vehicles.
Belmont is the epitome of sustainability. The Grade A passive building is heated with an air/water heat pump. All spaces have underfloor heating and a type D ventilation system (with heat recovery), ensuring a continuous flow of fresh air. The building’s thermal insulation has also been given a lot of thought: the airtight PVC windows have triple glazing and shutters.
"Friends told me about Antonissen Development Group and that is how I found out about some of their developments. I now own an apartment in Zurenborgpoort, which I bought for my children. My contacts with the Antonissen team were transparent and good every step of the way. I also liked that they sent me regular updates about the progress of the works. They even took photos to document the evolution of our apartment and the building.”
From Belmont, you can easily get to the bustling town centre of Ettelbruck. This booming human-sized town, the largest in the canton of Diekirch, has a population of 9,200. Ettelbruck is located at the crossroads of several of the main roads in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. This also explains why it is such a bustling commercial, cultural and tourist centre. Everything is within easy reach.
Ettelbruck has about 270 shops, making it the third largest shopping city in the Grand Duchy. You also have several restaurants (La Fiducia, El Gaucho…) and bistros to choose from. Looking for something more high end? Gourmet delights await at Dahm in Erpeldange, just outside of Ettelbruck, or at elegant La Distillerie, just a 20-minute drive from the town. This Michelin-starred restaurant is located in magnificent Bourglinster Castle, along with La Côté Cour, a more casual but equally delightful brasserie.
Hills, deep valleys, plateaus and forests of coniferous and deciduous trees. With its pristine nature, the Éislek region around Ettelbruck is nature’s equivalent of paradise for hikers and cyclists. Do you enjoy culture? In that case, you’ll be happy to know that Ettelbruck has a conservatoire as well as the Däichhal - a new concert hall and theatre -, the Patton Museum, a popular wine fair and much more. The place to be for anyone who loves the good life!
Is easy access a top priority for you? Ettelbruck is as good as it gets. You can get to Luxembourg City in just half an hour by train from the second largest station in the Grand Duchy (by number of passengers). Travelling by car? The A7 motorway will get you there in under 25 minutes. Thanks to Ettelbruck’s excellent location, you can also get to Belgium or Germany very easily. Bastogne is 37 minutes by car, Bitburg half an hour.
