Since its inception in 2009, Antonissen is a dynamic property developer with a unique vision on building and living in an urban context. We build developments in Belgium and Luxembourg, always in lively neighbourhoods with top-notch potential. We purposefully opt for sustainable development, giving outdated buildings a new lease of life and adding greenery without affecting the existing nature. The outcome? Stylish newbuild developments that combine excellent quality with a slew of amenities.

With over 1,250 completed apartments and another 1,100 in development in Belgium and Luxembourg, Antonissen Development Group is a strong player in the Belgian and Luxembourg market for residential real estate. A team of 30 passionate employees works out of the group’s head office in Antwerp, each focusing on ways of optimising your future living comfort, starting from their own expertise.

Healthy growth

In 2009, Antonissen Projectontwikkeling was established, with a clear focus on the development of larger residential developments. Over the years, we have further expanded our offering with the development of student housing and business parks with SME units. This healthy and controlled growth has contributed to the current success of Antonissen Development Group.

In 2018, Sven Potvin became the new CEO in charge of daily operations. Under his guidance, we are further developing our portfolio in addition to focusing on international growth. We are continuing to live up to our ambitions with successful projects in Luxembourg and the exploration of new markets such as the Netherlands. At the same time, we are pursuing our acquisition strategy as part of our endeavour to continually strengthen our position in the property development sector.
