How to sell your vacant lot or building?
Obviously we need some key information from you before we can consider a sale. Where is the land or building located and how was it utilised until now? If we also think your property has potential, one of our expansion managers will schedule an appointment with you to visit the land or building and discuss a potential acquisition.
We will then make every effort to obtain the necessary planning permission and make arrangements with a notary. Then construction can finally start.
