Antwerp is expanding northwards and Eilandje is the city's fastest-growing neighbourhood. The Cadix neighbourhood is situated on the east side of Kattendijkdok. Once a place where the streets were lined with warehouses and populated with sailors, it is now one of the city’s most sought-after residential areas. We chose to name our development, which consists of 31 apartments and 4 commercial spaces, ‘Cadixdok’ to reflect this past.
