We opted for white concrete elements with black joinery for the 312-sqm office space. We used black sandwich panels in combination with grey concrete skirting for the 3,000-sqm warehouse. You may think it is a bit dark perhaps? But we solved this issue by installing polycarbonate skylights in the warehouse, flooding the space with natural light.
