Heritage, contemporary living in a rural setting
Welcome to Heritage, a contemporary residential development in the quiet rural village of Roedgen. Where architectural heritage has been transformed into a new way of living, with respect for tradition. Three small-scale residences with private entrances combined into one harmonious development, tailored to each type of lifestyle.
Heritage as a source of inspiration
To say Heritage’s name is aptly chosen is an understatement. Its architecture offers a modern take on the traditional architecture that is so typical of Roedgen. A striking entrance gate in the façade is a subtle reference to the town’s rural past. Whereas this gate led to the stables in the past, it now opens out onto the covered parking spaces behind the building.
The sleek façade at the rear is punctuated by private gardens on the ground floor and sunny terraces on the upper floors, where residents can enjoy unencumbered, panoramic views of the fields and pastures.
A home port for each lifestyle
Heritage offers that rare combination of good access and all the serenity of the countryside. The proximity of urban amenities and major business hubs makes it a very attractive proposition for active professionals and young families.
Moreover, the varying sizes of the apartments, with different floor areas and one to three bedrooms, mean it caters to a wide range of housing needs. Thanks to this mix, and because of the limited availability of quality housing in the region, Heritage also offers extremely attractive investment opportunities with good rental potential.
A small apartment or a spacious penthouse
Heritage’s timeless architecture stands out because of the high-quality materials and elegant finish. Each apartment has been designed with daily comfort and optimised use of the available space in mind.
Even the smallest apartments, with floor areas ranging from 38 sqm to 49 sqm, have a separate bedroom, thanks to a well-thought-through design and built-in cupboards. Large windows draw in the light, creating a sense of space.
The exclusive penthouses, with six-metre-high ceilings and spacious terraces, are on the top floor. Thanks to the south-eastern orientation, all the living areas are drenched in natural light from early morning onwards, enhancing the sense of tranquillity and openness.
Friends told me about Antonissen Development Group, so I decided to ask for more information about their developments. I now own an apartment in Useldange, which I bought for my children. I really enjoyed working with them, every step of the way. They created a sense of trust and transparency by sending me regular updates about the progress of the works and photos to document the building process, which helped a lot.
