1 street, 2 projects
A comfortable life in an idyllic village in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg that oozes history: the new owners of the three apartments and two houses in our Océane development didn’t have to think long about investing in this project. We developed these units with the greatest respect for the nearby listed heritage site. The result is outstanding, which also explains why buyers were so quick to snap up the available units. Respect for the villagescape
Useldange oozes history, with the ruins of the town’s imposing medieval castle defining the village’s outline. A construction project in close proximity to a listed heritage site is therefore subject to strict conditions in terms of the materials and architecture used. Alizée and Océane were designed by architect Marc Disteldorff in collaboration with the Service des Sites et Monuments Nationaux to ensure the villagescape was preserved as much as possible.
Peace and quiet and unspoilt nature
Whereas you can still distinguish the old monumental farmhouse in Alizée, Océane has a new, elongated structure. This is due to the site’s sprawling shape on the one hand and the floor plan of the adjacent building, on the other. The latter is subdivided into three blocks consisting of stylish houses and flats. From here, you have a beautiful view on the garden side of the Schwébech, a babbling brook. Ideal for unwinding!
Comfortable living
The sustainable and energy-efficient nature of this development is also apparent inside. All homes are equipped with a smart living home automation system. A smart thermostat regulates the temperature automatically and keeps your energy consumption under perfect control. The lighting, the blinds, the door... they can all be easily operated with just a tap on your smartphone. Besides saving you a lot of energy, this is also very safe. The epitome of comfort, in every respect!
