a-great-place-to-live
Vancouver is located along Avenue Marcel Thiry-laan in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe/Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, a neighbourhood that is changing rapidly. Businesses are moving away, making way for residential developments. The tranquillity, open and green space, the excellent connections, the proximity to all amenities... close to the city centre. This a great place to live!
Ultra-modern, smart and comfortable
The former office building will be converted into a state-of-the-art residential development with architectural allure. The 107 studios, apartments (up to 4 bedrooms) and penthouses, spread over 5 floors, are optimally laid out and finished with high-quality materials. They offer a high level of comfort, are fitted with an integrated home automation system, and have storage space both inside the apartment and underground. Please note: The last three 2 and 3-bedroom apartments available.
Sustainable
Sustainability is paramount in the building's reconversion. Each apartment is optimally insulated and meets the ‘Passif-2015’ energy standards of the Brussels Capital Region. Electricity is partly obtained by solar energy. The solar panels are surrounded by a green roof. There are 117 parking spaces and enough charging stations for electric cars and bicycles.
Pleasant surroundings
Green space surrounds our Vancouver development. The ground-floor apartments each have their own garden. The green courtyard garden provides additional privacy from the adjacent building. Planting has purposefully been kept low throughout so as not to obstruct the view from the living areas to the outside. Your south-facing terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun.
Previously an inaccessible, closed and isolated building block, with a style that was different from the rest of the neighbourhood, it has since been transformed into a green and diverse urban living and office development that opens out onto the street and the neighbourhood.
