Our Botanik development, in Junglinster town centre, is unique because of its verdant setting. Future residents of this development will be able to take full advantage of its lush location, starting with the expansive lawn that borders on the Ernz Noire, the small river that winds its way past the building. This residence, which blends in beautifully with its lush green surroundings, is part of a comprehensive plan to revitalise the town centre, with an emphasis on modern and green living spaces. The units are surrounded by two private gardens, which can only be accessed through a cul-de-sac, guaranteeing even more tranquillity.
Our new Botanik development has a modern look and feel, with a white-plastered façade and glass balustrades. It consists of six apartments with spacious living areas. Each apartment has two or three bedrooms and a private terrace. The two ground-floor apartments also have direct private access to their own section of the garden at the rear. The large windows with their dark frames contrast beautifully with the white plasterwork of the façade and let in a lot of light.
The Luxembourg architects who designed this development created an elegant living space that blends in seamlessly into its surroundings, without losing sight of more practical aspects. Residents have parking spaces, private cellars, and secure storage for their bicycles and strollers in the cellar of Botanik. The apartments are also very energy-efficient thanks to the solar panels (Grade B).
“Botanik is beautifully located, in the centre of a thriving village and within easy reach of verdant nature.”
"Friends told me about Antonissen Development Group and that is how I found out about some of their developments. I now own an apartment in Zurenborgpoort, which I bought for my children. My contacts with the Antonissen team were transparent and good every step of the way. I also liked that they sent me regular updates about the progress of the works. They even took photos to document the evolution of our apartment and the building.”
The municipality of Junglinster is located in the canton of Grevenmacher, 15 kilometres to the north-east of the city of Luxembourg. It is one of the most densely populated areas in the Grand Duchy. Its main asset is its location amid unspoilt nature but within easy reach of the capital.
