A peaceful and ideally located spot
Jade, our new development, is situated in Hautcharage in the municipality of Käerjeng. Hautcharage, whose name is derived from Luxembourg's Uewerkäerjeng (uewer means above), is a quiet town in the south-west of the Grand Duchy. That is why we thought it was the perfect choice for our new development although Hautcharage has several other assets besides tranquillity. Jade is located on a quiet street, but is also close to all the local amenities.
A contemporary development
Jade, which was designed by Sabotic & Frkatovic Architects, consists of two semi-freestanding buildings, each with three 2 or 3-bedroom apartments. All the units span the entire floor, have windows on three sides, and access to an outdoor space (terrace, balcony and/or garden). The architecture is contemporary and refined, with stunning façades highlighted by a white decorative plaster. Besides focusing on the design aesthetic, the architects also paid attention to energy efficiency.
Margin for energy savings
To meet the current energy standards, all joinery in Jade has been fitted with triple glazing and the apartments all have underfloor heating, powered by a heat pump. The six apartments in this development also have a dual-flow mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery to save energy.
A practical living space
The future residents of Jade have access to a cellar with spacious underground storage rooms. There is also a communal laundry, bicycle storage and nine parking spaces in the cellar. Strollers can be stored in a space on the ground floor, which can be easily accessed from the entrance hall.
"Friends told me about Antonissen Development Group and that is how I found out about some of their developments. I now own an apartment in Zurenborgpoort, which I bought for my children. My contacts with the Antonissen team were transparent and good every step of the way. I also liked that they sent me regular updates about the progress of the works. They even took photos to document the evolution of our apartment and the building.”
