Antonissen Luxembourg seeking land with future potential

As the Luxembourg real estate market navigates a period of uncertainty, Antonissen Luxembourg is taking decisive action with a clear call to landowners with vacant plots, underused properties or potential project sites – inviting them to explore how these could be developed to create lasting value. This initiative forms part of an ambitious plan: the development of over 100 new residential units within the next 12 months.

Local presence and clear ambition

After six years in the Grand Duchy, Antonissen Luxembourg is firmly established within the national real estate landscape. The Luxembourg team is entirely local – from project managers to subcontractors – ensuring that everything is coordinated on-site, backed by an in-depth understanding of the market.
Its compact structure – currently five team members – enables agility, swift decision-making and close proximity to partners, clients and local authorities.

“Our local organisation is a real asset,” confirms Loïc Sévin, COO of Antonissen Luxembourg. “It allows us to remain flexible, responsive and fully connected to the market. Each project is adapted to the specific context of Luxembourg, with a strong focus on quality and customer experience. Our goal is to be recognised as a trusted property partner – one that listens and acts with insight.”

A forward-thinking role in a changing market

For years, Luxembourg’s property market was driven by sellers. Today, it has shifted to a buyers’ market – one defined by comparison, negotiation and high expectations. Buyers demand quality, and Antonissen Luxembourg responds with close client follow-up, adaptable plans and sustainable solutions.

Another factor behind its success is a clear positioning. Antonissen Luxembourg focuses on developing small-scale residential projects on the outskirts of Luxembourg City – each one designed to fit different lifestyles, whether for young professionals, families or investors.

What sets us apart is our ability to anticipate – to align our projects with on-the-ground realities and to take client needs into account from the very start. That enables us to move forward quickly, even in challenging circumstances. Our results show that the Luxembourg market, while under pressure, remains dynamic for those who know how to adapt.

Building partnerships with landowners

To sustain its growth, Antonissen Luxembourg now aims to actively engage in dialogue with landowners who wish to assess the potential of their property or initiate a new project.
In practical terms, the focus is on new plots of 600 m² or more, located within 20 km of Luxembourg City. Landowners are invited to enter open discussions to shape a tailored collaboration.

We don’t arrive with a ready-made solution. Every site is unique, and every owner has their own goals. What we offer is genuine partnership. Together, we assess the options – from traditional sale and co-development to compensation in residential units. Everything is possible. Transparency lies at the heart of our approach. In doing so, we aim to help shape the residential Luxembourg of tomorrow – one built on quality, sustainability and shared vision.
